nice hotel experience

perfect location helpful staff useful information great drinks

the location was perfect near many attractions. staff were friendly and helpful especially aziz at reception. he offered useful information about the area. fran mixed great drinks at the garden bar.

the vegan tapas options were limited during a dinner visit and some items labeled vegan contained dairy.

the breakfast buffet had a great spread of options. free coffee and cookies are available from 5-7pm daily. the hotel restaurant offered five-star level service and food for dinner one night.

the room had great air conditioning. it was very clean. the inner courtyard is pretty providing a relaxing space. the hotel offers independent parking lot access nearby.

the hotel is tucked away in a quant neighborhood. thin cobbled streets are filled with bars restaurants and shops. the cathedral is easily accessible. other attractions are a short stroll away.

helpful staff convenient restaurant small rooms unavailable tapas

The staff were quite helpful and the location is close to the historic center and cathedral. a nice restaurant is located downstairs. This is very convenient after a full day walking. it made things easier after a busy day though.

the rooms are quite small, which could be an issue for some guests. i noticed that some of the vegan tapas advertised were not available.
